Esplanade came alive on Saturday night with a power-packed performance by the Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art. Probably the first introduction to this art by the movie 'Only The Strong' in 1993, I was looking forward to see this dynamic dance-fighting in person and was pleased to hear the singing of 'Paranue' by the master himself, Mestre Elias.
